Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns for standard products and will give a full refund for perfect goods returned to us within 30 days unopened and in good condition.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for Special Order goods.

We will only refund the cost of the goods on returns and the cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the goods prove to be faulty, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will either:
a) Replace the goods by return, OR:
b) Issue a full credit (including P&P) if preferred.

Overseas Delivery

We are happy to ship overseas but due to the potentially high shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot provide online purchase facilities.

If you would like us to provide a quotation for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, please complete our enquiry form with as much information as possible (e.g. Product name, quantity, colour and product code/pattern number) and we will provide you with a quotation for the shipping costs.
